This morning Cameran came and got me out of my office and said "mommy come look I have a studio now to!" and by golly she did! She had taken some of my small backdrops and made her self a little studios:) Thanks my girl!

I don't post very much of my professional work on this blog but this little cutie just melted my heart! I'm afraid to say that after this Newborn session the idea of having a third baby is a definite YES! I'm excited and scared all the same time, I can't wait!

Christmas At Conan's Moms house!

Christmas this year was a BLAST! We started off by having Christmas Eve at Conan's moms house. We have been out of town for the past two years for Christmas so we have missed out on ALL of the fun stuff Conan's mom does for the Holidays. We ate TONS of GREAT food, played games, opened TONS of gifts and sang Christmas song. It was perfect. I LOVED spending time with everyone.

Girl Time is the BEST! Our good friend Katrina was in town form LA for the week visiting family and friends. So we decided to go out and have some yummy food and just send time together. We started at John Ash and ended our night at Starks Stake House. I love hanging with old friends and being total goof balls.

So I was going trough my point and shoot camera and I found a bunch of fun photos. Many are pretty poor quality so sorry about that but I still think they are cute enough to blog:)

Lets start off by the New Moon Premier way back in November. November 20th to exact. My good friend Lindsay though it was best to be there at least an hour ahead of time so we could have a good place in line. This photo was taken about 20 minutes before they let us in and as you can tell there is NO line lol! I LOVE you Lindsay!! We did however enjoy some yummy In & Out while we waited.

So it seems as though I'm not the only photographer in this family:) Cameran has become quite the little photographer. She is ALWAYS caring around my point and shoot taking photos of anything and everything. Some of the things she chooses to photography is just plain weird and I though it best NOT to post those photos. Lets just say I found A LOT of pictures on my camera of her pee and poo. YUCK!

This year my good friend Christy and I braved the crowds and did the day after Thanksgiving sale. Lets just say I spent WAY to much money that day, BUT finished ALL my Christmas shopping:) Christy looks WAY to chipper to be up so early! Note to self I'm so not a morning person can you tell......
Both my moms birthday and my dads birthdays are in November and they are only a week apart. This year my sister and I decided to take our mom to one of my FAVORITE restaurants in Sonoma County "Underwood". It has the BEST food and GREAT wines. I always forget to take photos of my sister, mom and I when we are all together but this time I remembered.
I LOVE them both SO much, and wish more then anything they lived closer!

This is Edmen he is our Elf on the Shelf

Have you ever wondered how Santa could know if your naughty or nice each year as you grow? Well at Christmas time Santa sends his elf's to come and watch and see if you have been good or bad. Each night while everyone is sleeping the elf's go back to Santa and tell him everything. Each night when the elf's return they are in a new place, and you have to find them!!
This is the first year we have had Edmen our Elf! Cameran and Carley LOVE finding where he is every morning.

Yeah that would be me! I feel like I have just taken the summer off from all blogging. I can't seem to find the time in my days to watch the girls, edit photos, do ALL the house hold stuff and then blog. Man I admire you mommies that can do it all! You ROCK! But I guess this is the way God made me and I will just have to learn to one day except that. RIGHT?
I don't know about anyone else but it feels like this summer has just flown by. I blinked and then it was over. Ok, I think that is a country song right? Anyhow back on track, I feel like summer just started a couple weeks ago and now the girls are BOTH starting preschool next week. where did the past couple months go??? But when it comes to the girls starting school can you say AWESOMENESS! I am in SOOOOO desperate need of some alone time. I feel like my photography has had to take a back seat because the girls have been so busy. But alas I will have some QUITE time to return phone calls, edit photos, and market. I cant wait:)
So now to blog about our summer.....
We took one big family vacation this summer and it was up north to Florence, OR. It was beautiful up there. We rented a lake house and the girls swam and played in the lake while Conan fished every day. It was so relaxing and just what we needed!

The lake house we stayed out was about 10 minutes from the ocean. I'm not kidding when I say the weather felt like we were in Hawaii. It was perfect.

we has a BLAST. I cant wait for our next family vacation!

First let me just start off by saying this was LUXURY camping to the max! I don't know if any of you have ever been to a KOA but this was our first time and let me tell you its NICE:) They had a pool, water park, playground, miniature golf course, fishing pond, and many more fun activities for the family to enjoy.
We all had a great time and I was wishing that it would have lasted longer I wasn't quite ready to go home on Sunday. I have to say it was nice to take a shower and crawl into my own bed though!
Cameran has even requested that her next birthday be there. I'm still thinking about that one:)

American River Resort Vacation

What a fun weekend! Conan and I took the girls up to Coloma to go camp and white water rafting. American River Resort was a dream, there was a pool, pond for fishing and rafting! The girls had a BLAST and it was great to spend some family time together. We went with family friends that grew up with Conan, they are all experienced white water rafters and invited us to join us on this trip. Conan loved rafting (I got to stay behind with the girls) but next time I'm going! Here are some photos from our weekend...

So today we were killing time before we had to head over to Faith s birthday party so I took the girls to Cooperfields Book Store and let the girls pick out one book each. Right away Camerans eyes went to Pinkalicious and it was LOVE at first sight. We sat there and read it together and laughed the WHOLE time. What a cute book! She is my little Pinkerbelle,Pinkerella princess!

So most of you know that I have been on pins and needles for the past couple weeks waiting for the arrival of my little nephew. He was exactly a week and a half late and his mommy was SUPPER ready to have him OUT! Monday night I got the call saying she was four semesters dilated and having contractions every five minutes apart. SO...... I once again packed up the family and headed up to Mendocino to be there.
We got my sister checked in at 10pm and she labored ALL night with no epidural. I know what a stud right!!!! Well at 6:07am little Emmerson Koker Statham made his entrance into the world. He was perfect weighing in at 9pounds 4 ounces and was 21 inches long. He was HUGE but perfect in every way. I even got to cut the umbilical cord:) Here are some photos of my new little nephew!

EVERYTHING!

This past weekend we had our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was perfect! We dropped the girls off at my moms and headed up north to Gualala. Gualala is a little coastal town about two hours north of San Francisco. We couldn't’t have asked for better weather and the view from our room was breath taking! I’m so excited to spend the rest of my life with my best friend and love of my life. I feel like we don’t get very many moments along like these so we enjoyed every minute of it. I feel like I have been a little MIA in the blogging world lately so sorry about that! Thing have been a little crazy here in our house. Fast forward for the past three weeks and this is what we have ALL been up to and our plans for the summer!

Cameran:This past Thursday was her last day of preschool at Happy Time. It was a little bitter sweet. As much as I'm going to MISS the staff I'm NOT going to miss the drive. It took almost 30 minutes each way. Starting this August we are going to be putting her in a preschool closer, which will be nice. Conan and I have been struggling with the idea of sending her to another Christian school or putting her in a more academic school like Montessori??? We are still up in the air!
Another big thing Cameran is looking forward to is Soccer! She starts next month and is supper jazzed about it:) One of our big goals for her this summer is to teach her how to swim! She LOVES the water and we are blessed to have a pool in our back yard so it shouldn't be a problem.

Carley:Oh to be two again and have endless energy. From the moment Carley wakes up she is ON! Going here, going there, Going EVERYWHERE! She has now learned how to out smart her sister and press ALL her buttons, which in turns presses mine:) She is head over heals for Bella and they have become the best of friends. Other then that our summer will be filled with speech appointments twice a weeks and working on getting her fully potty trained. I have noticed a GREAT improvement in her speech but we still have a long way to go.

Conan and I:This next weekend we are celebration our FIVE year wedding anniversary and I couldn't be more excited! Conan got a great little place up in Gualala for the weekend and my mom is taking the girls so (I'm REALLY looking forward to time ALONE). As for our summer plans we have softballs games every Monday nights and date nights every other Thursday night.
My summer goals are pretty simple, and those are to just make great memories and be together as a family as much as we can, doing great things like going to the lake, going camping swimming and having BBQ's with great friends and family!
I hope everyone has a great summer and I can't wait to post pictures of all we are doing here in the next couple months:)

This Mothers day weekend we.... as in (Conan the girls, His mom and brothers family) ALL went up to Tahoe! It was such great weather and just nice to relax. We went for a BEAUTIFUL bike ride to the lake, laid out by the pool and even went snow sledding! All in all it was a GREAT mothers day weekend!

Easter Sunday

I'm so thankful for all the LOVE and blessings that God has given us. He is so good!
This Easter my mom and step dad came down from Fort Bragg and came to church with us which was a lot of fun. The girls had a BLAST looking for Easter eggs and eating all the candy. Cameran and Carley had VERY different strategies of egg hunting. Cameran (being the older and wiser one) darts for as many eggs as she could find filling up her baskets and then enjoying her tasty teats later. Then there is Carley who finds one egg opens it, eats the candy and then goes on to the next! Needless to say her dress was COVERED in chocolate by the end of the Easter egg hunt!

The title says it ALL! So this weekend I had some GREAT friends through two different parties each one SO WELL DONE! On Friday night it was the long awaited Twilight party, Lindsey and Alyssa did SUCH a great job on every last detail here are some of the yummy pictures!

I don't really know if anyone remembers a post I had done of the girls room right after we had moved into our new house. I had been saving this wall paper tree for YEARS now and was SOOOOO excited to be finally putting it up! I LOVED it! Well about a month ago I was getting Carley up from her nap and saw that she had ripped the whole thing off:( Needless to say I cried "really".
So this whole time I have been trying to think of what to do in their room. Well today I finished it and I'm very happy about it! Although i will ALWAYS miss the tree I love seeing LOTS of pictures of the girls up! So here are some before and afters:)

Good Morning World!

There are some things that will never change. Starting with the fact that Cameran will NEVER be a morning person. Followed by the fact that her hair will ALWAYS look like it went through a blender when she wakes up! She is SOOOOO much like I am. I'm not a good morning person, it takes be about 30 minutes of stretching and waking up before I'm able to peel my self out of bed.
Carley On the other hand:
LOVES the morning. From the moment she wakes up she is ON, bouncing, jumping, eating, yelling and screaming. You can only imagine our crazy mornings and as you could expect Carley is neither Cameran or I's favorite person in the morning. She is just way to busy for two people who need TIME to wake up fully:)

Scuba Steve

For those of you who know my husband you already know he is kind of a big kid! So today when he got home from work he wanted to take a dip in our pool in his scuba gear. I was not at all surprised. That's just Conan. While Conan was getting all geared up Cameran wanted to take a dip also, despite the fact that it was 58 degrees in the pool. Being the parents we are we said WHY NOT! Neither one of us thought that she would EVER get in, BUT to the SHOCK of both of us she jumped right in and wanted to play a game of chase. Man that girl has some guts or maybe she is just pain CRAZY! Here are some of the pictures. Carley was the smart one and stayed warm with mommy:)

This past Friday we went down to San Luis Obispo to go and meet the newest member of our family Little Miss Bella White. Conan and I have been talking about getting a boxer puppy now for awhile. So when my good friend called me up and said that his dog Lady was pregnant we jumped right on it. PLUS the puppy's were born on Carley's second birthday 03.03 so it was ment to be!! She is SOOOOO CUUTTTEE and we LOVE her already! We can't wait to bring her home and just love on her! Here are some pictures of our little girl:)

Forks home of Bella and Edward

I would just like to start off by saying this is going to be a LONG post so sit back and grab a cup of coffee and enjoy Forks! It was a FIVE hour drive from Bellingham, WA where we were staying to Forks, WA home of the Twilight books:) Conan and I got up at 6:30am and were off. Our first stop was an hour away, we needed to take the Keystone ferry over to Port Townsend (and let me just say that was so cool, I have never been on a ferry before that carried you and your car!) Port Townsend was such a cute town lots of OLD buildings and great people. After Port Townsend the next big town was Port Angeles ( for those of you Twilighters you already know that Port Angeles is also a very well know town in the book) Then about an hour later we made it to Forks. I have to say that Forks was EXACTLY like Stephenie Meyer's described it in the book, there was nothing there really. EVERYTHING in the town was about Twilight all the restaurants had signs saying Bella eats here and there were TONS of Twilight gift shops. There was even one shop that ONLY sold Twilight things it was called "BeDazzled by Twilight" and it was the busiest place in Forks. On our way out of Forks Conan and I got pulled over for speeding:( BUT Twilight was our get out of jail free card! The police officer said that as long as we didn't call him Charlie Swan he would let us go lol, and then he gave me some stickers that had Forks police department on them YES! Oh what a great day! Crazy Farm

There are quite a few things lately that could very well drive me to the crazy farm. Such things as washing, folding and putting away laundry for five, dishes picking up the SAME toys 10 times a day, listening to Carley's every day melt down and then there is her bangs. I have decided to let then grow out and it is truly driving me CRAZY. I cant see how she can see and because she refuses to keep anything in her hair this is what she looks like all day long, her bangs all in her eyes. What I'm I going to do with this little girl! Any suggestions???

So for Cameran fourth birthday back in October she asked for a pony party and her LOVE for horses has only gotten stronger. EVERY morning, afternoon, and night she lines ALL of her horses up and plays for hours. I personally love the fact that she includes a giraffes in her line up because all who know me know that I have loved giraffes sense I was a little thing:)

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all the members of my home group. For the past four weeks now we have been diving into this great book called 40 days of love by Rick Warren. As luck would have it tonight in our book we talked about forgiveness and what the bible tells us about forgiving. I have always found myself to be an extremely forgiving person and lately that has truly been put to the test with someone who has been for the past 6 months continuing to harass myself and my family with e-mails, text messages and even vandalizing our property. I have really been struggling with forgiveness lately and just trying to figure out WHY people are so mean and hateful. But after tonight I have decided to hand it ALL over to God and let him have his will. This thing is so much greater then I am and I just don't have the strength to fight it any more.
I'm truly thankful to have such a great support team around me, people who are protecting my heart and truly are great people. Thank you to EVERYONE in our home group, My grandparents, sister and close friends, you all have been Conan & I's strength in this extremely trying time in our lives. Thank you for keeping us in your prayers and in your hearts.

So I have been itching lately to get out and take some photos in these flowers. Right down the rode from our house are these rolling hill covered in yellow flowers and every morning when I bring Cameran to school I can't wait to get out there. I don't really know how long these flowers will last but I'm glad that I was able to get a few pictures of Cameran and her good friend Bailey playing and just being little girls before all the flowers go away!!

So this morning Carley was throwing her normal morning tantrum but this time she REALLY wanted her cloths and diaper OFF. So I said OK and saw her bolting up stairs and then i heard the toilet flush and all I could think of is Carley quite playing in the toilet!!!! So when I got into the bathroom i noticed that she went pee in her little potty!!!!!!!! All by her self. I put her potty out about three weeks ago and haven't really done anything with it she has liked to sit on it but that s about it. Movie night Monday

So I know its Friday today but I thought that I would post some pictures from this weeks Movie night Monday. Each Monday we all sit down with our bowls of pop corn and watch a movie "the girls choice." I think that Cameran chose 'Frosty the Snowman' even though Christmas was a month ago she is still obsessed with the movies. Carley usually only lasts until her pop corn is done and then pretty much ruins it for the rest of us. I think that I should think about just having movie night with Cameran, Conan Jacqui and I that way we can get through a whole movie with out listening to any screaming:)

Well a couple months ago my sister had this bright idea! She thought "I'm sick of not having a white Christmas so lets get the heck out of town and have a white Christmas" and so that's what we did. Family Time! It was great having Conan's brothers family and mom over for dinner the other night. We decorated ginger bread houses, had a huge dinner "thanks babe for cooking the best Tri Tip ever" and sat around the fire and just spent time together!

This past Eve of Christmas Eve we took the girls to our church's CHRISTmas program. They both did so great and loved all the lights and the live nativity scene Carley could not stay away from the donkeys and goats. As for Conan and I we were more into the message of "finding peace" that Pastor Brett spoke about. This Christmas has been so great for many reason but i would have to say the thing that I have loved the most is hearing Cameran telling all her friends about baby Jesus and singing his songs over and over again. I feel overwhelmed with all the blessings in Conan and I's life and am so truly thankful for great friends and family to share that with.

The Pixie Chicks rocked the house! For our church talent show Cameran and a couple of her friends from our home group dressed up and sang Jingle Bells and did SOOO great. Conan and I were both betting that Cameran was going to get HUGE stage fright when she got up there but to our surprise she was a natural! The whole night was a blast everyone really enjoyed them selves! And the best part was Santa Came!!! Cameran followed him all around like a little puppy dog:)

Let me just start out by saying I have had nightmares about this happening and sure enough this one came true. Last night while i was editing photos in my office Cameran and Conan were watching TV all of a sudden I hear Conan say go show your mom what you did to your hair Cameran (right then I knew what had happened) and sure enough I was right. Cameran had cut a couple huge chunks of hair from the side of her head:( I know what your thinking because I was thinking the same thing "what the heck was Conan doing while she was cutting her hair right in front of him." Well I guess like most men it was REALLY hard for him to watch Cameran and the TV at the same time:) But I guess its no ones fault but hers that little stinker. Got to love being a kid. She is ALWAYS keeping me on my toes.
Anyhow here is the damage. I don't know what to do with her hair now:(

Happy Day after Thanksgiving! Our little family had a small little Thanksgiving just the four of us. I think that it was one of the most relaxing days I have had in a LONG time! It was great just having the four of us and getting to enjoy our little family! Conan and I put the girls to bed around 7 and then just sat by the fire and read the adds for back Friday and quickly realized that there was nothing worth waking up at 3am for!

So we moved into our new house almost three months ago! The girls both LOVE their new house and it has been nice for Conan cutting at least 30minutes off his commute. It has taken three months to get our house in order, pictures hung, rooms put together and so on. This is a LONG time for me, but thankfully it rained like buckets this weekend so we were able to get things finished INSIDE the house! Happy Halloween Everyone! Talk about waiting last minute to carve our pumpkins, but hey we did it and had a blast! Cameran was all about taking the seeds out and Carley really could care less about the whole thing. Although she did like to watch Conan carve his pumpkin. All in all it was a great night. We ended it with a movie night "Pooh's Halloween" some pop corn and losts of kisses and hugs. Hope every ones night is great!

This past weekend we had one of the busy and craziest weekends that I can recall in a while. Conan and I packed up the family and headed up to Mendocino for a great 4th of July weekend!!! We had the pleasure of staying at one of my best friends house. Alise and Lings house was SO cute!! Each morning Alise and I would do yoga out of the bluffs over looking the ocean and Cameran looked forward to gathering all the eggs from the chickens! The whole family had a blast and we can't wait to go up again and send time with everyone!! 4th of July parade in Mendocino!! My Beautiful Sister and I enjoying the music in the park!! SO in preparation for our big hike up Half Dome this coming June Conan and I are trying to GET IN SHAPE. Which those of you who know that I'm not really the GETTING IN SHAPE KIND OF GIRL! I kept hearing about this place called Armstrong Woods so we decided to pack up the girls and give the hike a try. What I thought would be torture ended up being a blast. The girls did SO great and the hike was HARD but felt great in the end. But best of all I got some great pictures of the girls which I'm pretty excited about!

Out of control Roses,

I just wanted to share with you guys the out of control roses that are taking place in our back yard. I have never seen roses that are so in bloom and stay in bloom for weeks now. This weekend Cameran and I went around and cute roses for the bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen and still it didn’t make a dent in the amount of roses we have in our back yard. There are so many I cant seem to cut them fast enough. They not only smell GREAT but I have loved waking up in the morning and having my cup of tea and looking at the plethora of roses in the yardJ

This past weekend we went to Tita’s house (Conan’s Mom) and sent some quality time just hanging around and playing. A couple months ago Conan’s friend Peter needed a place to keep his brothers girlfriends horse so Conan being the quick thinker he is offered up his moms three in a half acre property that is in desperate need of a horse to help manage all the over grown grass. Conan only made one condition with Peter and that was they we could tell Cameran that it was her horse! So as far as she’s concerned Daddy bought her a horse!!!! I guess you could say it has been love at first sight, all Cameran talks about is her new best friend Blondie. Last night as we were saying our good night prayer the whole prayer was about her new BFF. Each weekend we go to Tita’s house and feed Blondie, comb her and then Cameran just hopes up on her back and they go for a walk. Its been SO great watching Cameran with Blondie I truly think that she loves Cameran as much as Cameran LOVES her!! SO all I can say is move over princess there’s a new love in Cameran’s life!!

Two of the best weekends EVER!!!

For the pat couple of weekends we went to go see both of our grandparents which would be Cameran and Carley’ great grandparents. Better known as GiGi, Papa and Great Grandpa. Great Grandpa lives in Sutter Creek and it was the first time we have made the trek up there to visit. Great Grandpa’s house was a blast there was so much to do. Both the girls collected the eggs from the chicken coup, played with the pollywogs in the pond and tried to ride the baby goats.
As for GiGi and Papa’s house we seem to go there at least once every other month. This visit was short but lots of fun. We went fishing in the pond, went for a walk and enjoyed the sunshine and GiGi’s good cooking.
I just love the pace of life at both their house’s it makes me miss being in the country.

Oh yeah... we also ended our weekend by attending Sydney's first birthday party at the park. Nicole and Rob Sydney's parents hired a face painter and a clown Cameran didn't leave either one of their sides through out the whole party NO JOKE! Plus we had the melt down of all melt downs when it was time to take a bath and wash off all or her face paint! Whats a parent to do......

Last night while Conan and I were lying in bed we took a deep breath and just enjoyed the sound of silence! Lately the girls have been more wound up then ever, it seem like every moment they are awake their bouncing off the walls, pulling each others hair, making messes and just being CRAZY. As Conan and i talked last night, we both came to the conclusion that we can't wait until they have kids of there own. Our hope is that their kids someday drive them as crazy and they have driven us!

There's nothing better then taking your little girl fishing. Although we didn't catch anything we both had a blast and that's all the matters!!! The only bad thing was that she got SO into casting that she cast her whole poll out into the lake (we were unsuccessful) at retrieving it. Next time will catch some fish:)

They say when one door closes another opens and that's just what I'm wishing for our good friends Sam and Lindsey. Last month Sam got his orders that they will be moving at the end of April to Bellingham, Washington. As happy as I am for them there's a HUGE part to me that's going to miss them like crazy. Great friends don't just come along everyday. It's just not going to be the same.

This past weekend Conan and I through them a little going away dinner and we all just laughed, talked and shared our last moments together.

Its been three years of changing dirty diapers, cleaning up baby food, waking up NOT to an alarm clock but to crying babies and now is are time ALONE! No babies, no dirty diapers nothing but Conan and I re-kindling our romance and catching up an all the LOST SLEEP:)
We left for Sayulita, Mexico on what can only be
described as the flight from hell!!! We left SF airport at midnight on Wednesday and then got into Mexico city five hours later to only then have a three hour lay over. I must have not been thinking all that
clearly when i booked this flight, but as bad as the flight was it was nice not worrying about little one's crying and causing ciaos. By the time our plain landed in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico it felt like we had been traveling for weeks! When we arrived in Sayulita witch is an hour North of Puerto Vallarta we both just feel in love with the town. Sayulita has not yet been tainted by all the big business and is full of small family business. Our house that we were staying at was beautiful. It over looked the ocean and was all ours for the week!!!

Our trip was better then I could have imagined we surfed, sleeped, and ate and that's about it. oh I also cough up on some good celebrity gossip magazines and got a tan! What more could I ask for:)
